 =>Bonus Missions: Collect all three tokens in a level to unlock that level's
   bonus mission, which can be access from the Extras menu. However, you need
   to unlock the missions in order of their level appearance. Once you gather
   the tokens for Level 1 and unlock its bonus mission you will be able to
   gather the tokens for level 2, etc., but you can't unlock level 3's mission
   until you unlock the missions for 1 and 2.
 =>Permanent Fake Cloaking: Press PAD: L R L R Z Z [R]. Your car will now
   always look as though it were cloaked, even though it really isn't.
 =>Hoverbike: Earn a Great rating in all the missions.
 =>Infinite Counter Measures: Pause and press Y Y Y X X Z Z.
 =>North America in Turf Wars/Joyridin': To enable North America in these
   modes you must collect all four secret tokens from the Joyridin' missions.
 =>Earning Items: When you complete various missions in the Mission Mode, you
   are rewarded with items. Here is a list.
