 =>Scrapbook Cheat Codes: Pause the game, enter the Scrapbook menu, then enter
   any of the following cheat codes. A message will appear if you enter a
   code correctly.
   * Get $1000    : Press (L U A X)x3 Xx5.
   * Refill Health: Press (L U A X)x2 U R D L U.
   * All Bonuses  : Press (L U A X)x3 (Y X)x3.
   * All Levels   : Press (L U A X)x3 Ux5.
 =>Bonus Levels: Every time you complete a goal in a level, you'll receive a
   snapshot to commemorate the occasion. As you earn more and more snapshots,
   you'll open up bonus levels. There are a total of 70 goals in the game.
   * 21 Goals - Ring Coliseum        * 59 Goals - Cage Drop
   * 31 Goals - Floating Floor       * 70 Goals - Movie Stills
   * 45 Goals - Cloud Maze
