 =>Bonuses: You can earn a 5000 point bonus on levels 1 through 4 if you don't
   use Ninja Magic, and a 20,000 point bonus if you don't use shurikens or
   bullets.
 =>Hostage Bonuses: Resuing a standard hostage will grant a point bonus, but
   the points given are dependent on the hundreds digit of your score.
   Digits 0/1/2 give a 1,000 point bonus; digits 3/4/5/6 give a 500 point
   bonus; digits 7/8/9 give a 200 point bonus.
     Note that points are not awarded for rescuing hostages who grant you a
   power-up item.
