METROID: ZERO MISSION (gba)

checked-part see also METROID (nes) =>Original Metroid: Beat the game once and the original NES Metroid will be available in the Options menu. =>Hard Mode: Beat the game once. On the Game File menu, choose the save file that you used to beat the game -- it should have a little S icon on the right side if the game was beaten. Choose to start a new game with this file, and you will be able to choose the Hard Mode. If you'd rather not erase your data, copy it to an empty file first. =>Time Attack Mode: Beat the game once, then return to the file select screen. Highlight your saved game (which should have a little S next to it) and press A. A "New Game" prompt will appear. Press U L R D and a new menu will appear, featuring the "New Time Trial" option. Select that to begin a new game. During the game, check the map to view the timer and the percentage of the items you have managed to collect. Once you beat the game you will be given a password, which can be entered on the NCL website to record your best time. ->Sound Test: Beat a Hard Mode game to enable this in the Options menu. =>Fusion Gallery: To unlock the Fusion Art Gallery, you will need two GBA systems and a copy of both Zero Mission and Fusion. Put Zero Mission in GBA #1 and make sure that plug #1 is inserted into the link port, then go to the Options Menu. Put Fusion in GBA #2 and make sure plug #2 is in the link port. Hold [START]+[SELECT] on GBA #2 and turn it on; the Game Boy logo will appear, but the Metroid: Fusion game will NOT start. Release [START]+[SELECT]. Now, on GBA #1 (with Zero Mission), activate the Link to Metroid Fusion in the Options menu. The Fusion Gallery features all the ending images from Metroid: Fusion. =>Gallery: Each time you beat the game, the ending picture will be added to the Gallery. The Gallery will first appear after beating the game once. ->Harder Meta-Ridley: If you have 100% of the items in the game when you meet Meta-Ridley, he will be much more difficult to battle. He will have a greater defense and do much more damage with his attacks. ->Endings: Here are the requirements for all 8 ending images. |Difficulty |Time Spent |Item %| |Normal/Hard|4 hours or more| 15%+ | (or beat Easy Mode) |Normal |2 hours or less|100% | |Normal/Hard|2 hours or more|100% | |Normal/Hard|3-4 hours | 15%+ | |Normal/Hard|2 hours or less| 15%+ | |Normal | Any |Less than 15%| |Hard | Any |Less than 15%| |Hard |Less than 2 hrs|100% |
