 =>Extra Stages: Complete the normal mode to unlock Basement levels 1-8 and
   Rooftop levels 1-12.
 =>Extra Minis: Additional Minis can be selected in the Options - Showroom
   menu, after they are unlocked in the main game. These minis are unlocked
   by completing various Roof levels.
   * Mini Toad: Complete R-1, R-2, and R-3.
   * Mini Peach: Complete R-4, R-5, and R-6.
   * Mini DK: Complete R-7, R-8, and R-9.
   * Mini Party (Alternates between all four minis): Complete R-10, R-11,
     and R-12.
 =>Gold Star: Receive a gold star on all 100 levels of the game to earn a
   gold star icon on the main menu.
